OP, what he's saying is that your bug has absolutely nothing to do with
the project you filed it against. We can't really do anything to help

Bug description:
On our Campus all mobile devices with linux derivations can use the eduroam
key to access the wireless lan.
connection can be established right from the start, but after a short while
like 5min, the birate throttles down from 54mb/s to 5mb/s and no webpage can
the load. the sign in the tray shows connected to internet , but no site can be
loaded.
wirelesslan is working right at home and any other places with wirelesslan
