Bug description:
To reproduce:
1. Open Switchboard
2. Click on "Wallpaper"
3. Maximize the window or make it bigger - note how the thumbnails rearrange
themselves
4. Unmaximize the window or make it smaller - note how the thumbnails don't
rearrange
Expected behavior: The thumbnails should automatically rearrange
themselves when the window gets smaller.
