I think it should just have minimal width. If it is too big, the user
can hide it with a right click or with a double click on the handle.

Bug description:
In the Icons and List views, I can resize the context pane such that
it shows a horizontal scrollbar. This should not be so. If it is to be
resizeable, it should elipsize the text.
