list view should either
1) have a thin empty space close to the edges where user can right-click to
create a folder/file or
2) not select file/folder when right-clicking on a column different from icon
or name
When item list is long (scrolling active) and menu bar is hidden,
there's no simple way to create a folder/file by right-clicking as
there's no empty space available. Settings menu gives an option to
create a tab, but not a file/folder.
