all. There used to be the same bug in Nautilus:

Bug description:
When I click Marlin's docky item, it doens't launch, but it works just fine
through gnome-panel and Synapse.
It also works fine if one enables launching in terminal in the .desktop file,
and also works if there's some path supplied to it (either hard-coded in
.desktop or put a file in the dock and open it with Marlin via right click)
