if path is too long for pathbar, shrink to fit

Bug description:
If the path is too long to fit into the pathbar, the labels should
shrink to fit (ellipsize in the middle). For example:
Home > Projects > elementaryicons > elementary-icon-theme > elementary
> notifications > 48
becomes:
Home > Projects > elem..cons > elem...heme > elementary > noti...ions
> 48
