Minor string changes to toolbar context menu

Bug description:
The context menu of the toolbar should first show which items can be
shown and hidden (sidebar, menubar, context pane, etc) then a
separator, then "Customize Toolbar..." (with the ellipsis as per
http://webdev.elementaryos.org/user-guide/human-interface-
guidelines/text#using-ellipsis )
So it should look like this:
Context Pane
Menubar
Side Pane

Customize Toolbar...
