No needs to reopen the location

Bug description:
i saw that if you click a second time on a location that is already
opened from the sidebar, marlin will re-open it for you, which is i
guess not the correct behavior, the correct behavior is if the actual
location is the same as the new location then marlin should not try to
re-open it.
