This bug happen to me too, i get it if i try to set a color in both list view or columns view and then try to switch to another view. I have this bug on both Marlin 0.1-0-387~natty1 (on Ubuntu 11.04 64bit) and 0.1-0-384~natty1 (on Elementary OS "Luna" 32bit)
