file size format is GiB not GB

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
Triaged
Bug description:
Binary package hint: nautilus
in the nautilus, in Properties dialoge it says GB for the file size .
but infact it is showing the file size as GiB .
so either change the file size format to GiB or change the appendix
to GiB.
GiB (Geby Byte) is a standard that was defined by the International
Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) in December 1998.
More Information on this bug :
to test this , you can try to burn a folder that nautilus shows as 4.5 GB
[which can fit on a bank 4.7GB DVD] but you will see it wont fit , because
infact the folder size is not is not 4.5 GB . and it is 4.5 GiB . Nautilus
measures the filesize GiB (binary Giga byte), but by mistake it shows as GB
(Decimal Giga Byte)
