The code already was available but don't work on non-dconf based systems
so I commented it until I switch to GNOME 3.

System font not respected

Bug description:
My GTK3 settings for fonts are all set to 8pt
But when I open pantheon-terminal, the font is at 12pt.
I've attached a screenshot (ignore the lack of GTK3 theme, it's an
unrelated bug I've already reported)
