Horizontal scrolling in miller column view should only be triggered by
selection change

Bug description:
Right now the horizontal scrolling makes it impossible to "scoll back
to first level" when selected columns are more than fit the window-
width. It automatically scrolls back to show the rightmost entry.
Solution: horizontal scrolling should only be triggered by selection
change.
