Upon further discussion in IRC, I guess we're not really sure whether the hidden files does or does not belong there :P So yea I guess just leave it xD

This should be part of the folder context menu as I've proposed in another report. Move "settings" to the bottom of the menu and rename it "Preferences". That's the language and placement that other elementary apps are using. Having it the same across apps makes the whole OS easier to learn.
