Cleanup .desktop behavior

Bug description:
Desktop files could use some polish. Their Context Pane icon is that
of a document instead of their "Icon=blah" value. And, at least on
Ubuntu Oneiric, Marlin cannot follow/open them if they contain
"URL=file:///".
