Public bug reported:
Currently, we're just letting Paypal handle the ordering... which is
okay. But it means that you are wisked away to a different website and
you are forced to use Paypal.
Perhaps it'd be good if we could set up a different ordering mechanism
by which you could use your credit card *or* paypal, order in bulk, etc.
