Videos won't play on certain browser / Won't roll back

Bug description:
On the discover page (drupal site), several people have reported the
videos won't play on the discovery page using Chromium and Midori.
With Chromium it seems its trying to play M4V video (which it doesn't
support), and it won't roll back to the WEBM video (which it does
support.) With Midori the video only plays for a short time for some
people.
