Require wiki edits by 'registered' users to be approved by 'editors'

Bug description:
The idea is to keep (selected parts of) the wiki in tip top shape by
ensuring that edits to reference material are subjected to editorial
review before being made available to the general public.
Imagine having a queue of edits that do not show up on the 'real' wiki
page in question before they are approved by a user with the 'editor'
role. That way, 'registered' users can make valuable contributions to
the site without the project at large having to worry about vandalism
from untrusted but registered users.
