Title:
  Option to "add sibling page"

Status in The official elementary website:
  New

Bug description:
It's kind of annoying to have to click on the parent, and then add a
child page if I want to add another page on the same level as the one
I'm writing right now. I propose an "Add sibling page" next to the add
child page button to facilitate this.
