The print button in the wiki is surprisingly close to the text of the
page. Perhaps it should be moved closer to the top right (into the
margin).
To facilitate this, perhaps the wiki admin actions should be moved to
the top left instead of top right. (for some reason I think the print
icon would feel awkward top left).
