Actually, the problem is that we're writing the page title manually on
each page and I just forgot to do that for one page. So changing the bug
title and description to reflect the actual problem.

** Summary changed:

- move print button in wiki
+ automatically put page title in wiki pages

** Description changed:

- The print button in the wiki is surprisingly close to the text of the
- page. Perhaps it should be moved closer to the top right (into the
- margin).
+ We're currently manually adding in the title of a wiki page to each
+ article. Instead it should be placed there automatically.

- To facilitate this, perhaps the wiki admin actions should be moved to
- the top left instead of top right. (for some reason I think the print
- icon would feel awkward top left).
+ This also solves an issue where the print icon looks placed incorrectly
+ if you forget this title.
