Moving the actions can sometimes interfere with the title. I will look
into a solution, perhaps moving all actions under one button (so they
show on hover, a bit like the user menu.)

Bug description:
We're currently manually adding in the title of a wiki page to each
article. Instead it should be placed there automatically.
This also solves an issue where the print icon looks placed
incorrectly if you forget this title.
