not sure what you mean by "in the menu" but the current support page is
only a small portion of the larger support picture. It should only be a
featured peace of the support page.

If you take a look at http://www.apple.com/support/ (for example) you
can see not only their community Q&A but also featured support articles
(like Switch 101), regular documentation, support pertaining to specific
products, etc.

Bug description:
  A mockup urgently needs to be done for the landing page of the wiki.
  It should ask you if you are a developer or user, and take you to the
  relevant collection of books (eg User -> User Guide, Developers -> HIG
  or API etc)
