So, we have it working and looking decently now. Still need to show it
to Dan and maybe improve a few things. I'm setting this to "Fix
commited" until Dan reviews it. If we need to make it prettier
(something along the lines of http://opengeu.intilinux.com/ maybe),
we'll open a new bug.

Bug description:
We should offer more extensive support than just Q&A. There should be
a support landing page that links to the Q&A, support books in the
wiki (installation guide, customization guide, etc), instructional
videos, web chat, and any other supporty things we can think of :)
