voting as a visitor prints a message that can't be closed.

Bug description:
i tried voting as a visitor on the support page, and i got the message
'You are not allowed to vote.', the problem is that i can't close that
message by clicking the 'x' button, on midori browser at least. is
this a site issue or is it midori?
