This is due to the html filter which removes certain parts deemed
dangerous. I can't remove this, or regular users could post all sorts of
harmful stuff.

Bug description:
Wiki silently removes the "apt://" part in apturls. Fortunately,
there's a workaround: http://appnr.com/install/packagename is
equivalent to apt://packagename, but it's slower and a bit confusing.
