The mockup tool will not be used on the website due to Drupal not
supporting higher versions of jQuery (also meaning we can't use newer
versions of jQuery UI either.)

Bug description:
Currently in the mockup tool you can edit the window title with a
field in the tool box to the left. However it would be more compact of
an interface if you could edit the window title by clicking on it.
