While we have a very simple page now, something more along the lines of
http://developer.apple.com/ would be nice. It details why developers
should develop for Apple technologies, it allows developers to join, and
it has some nicely-organized graphics with links to related materials.
I'm not saying we should copy their layout, design, or content at all,
but it's a good example of a developer-centric landing page that looks
nice and functions well. Now let's go make ours better than theirs. ;)
