We have a Facebook item on the Journal sidebar, but I agree, we should be more obvious about our social presence. Perhaps we can work that into the new homepage.

I know it's possible to add a Facebook login to Drupal sites, so I think we should consider this. It's a lot easier for someone to click a single button than to create an account, check their email, click a link, and then find the article again just to add a single comment.
