Pretty self explanatory.
Right now, the Journal nav bars don't provide any feedback as to what
article is being moused-over. Just do what the developer docs sidebars
do and highlight it blue.
Also, that was a rhyme and it didn't cost ya a dime. Oh would you look
at the time.
