On a person's user page there should be a "score" kept for their
submissions in answers. This might include the number of positive and
negative votes each, the total sum of votes (-10 + 10 = 0), and/or the
total sum divided by number of answers submitted (which could help level
the playing field for average helpfulness rather than just having
submitted lots of answers).
