Yes, the reason why they aren't clickable is because I have disabled
viewing user profiles whilst logged out for a number of reasons.

Bug description:
Pretty self explanatory. Right now there isn't too much useful stuff
on people's profiles, but I think the link should still be there
because it seems like common and expected practice.
