Public bug reported:
At the moment, when an error occurs on the login page an error bar is
shown containing information about the error. After a few seconds, this
bar fades out leaving the page looking just like a normal login page
(i.e. one without login errors, default 'Username'/'Password' vales in
text boxes).
This is confusing and hinders people who multi-task (e.g. submitting the
form, switching to another tab/window and returning to find the page
without an indication that an error occurred) or who suffer from reading
difficulties.
In my opinion, the error bar should remain and not be hidden upon login
errors.
