de-emphasize the respondent

Bug description:
Current in our answers system, the name of the person who responded to
a question is pretty prominent. Really, this should be de-emphasized
so that we get users voting on the quality of the answers and not on
who answered. I've included a mockup that re-organizes the answer a
bit while also adding badges to help validate responses.
