Title: Add featured questions to the support system Status in The official elementary website: New Bug description: Now that we have many questions in the support system, it's become hard to identify the good ones. We should either come up with some algorithm to do it, or use our manpower of devs and mods to be able to "star" or "promote" certain questions. Then we'd have a new tab (probably the default one) in the support system with the promoted questions. The types of questions that would be promoted would be really common or useful ones.
