Mods should be able to mark a question as a duplicate of an existing
question, possibly merging the two. It'd be interesting to see how we
could do this... perhaps the duplicate question could be converted into
a comment on the existing question or something similar. This would make
it easy to not only mark things as dupes, but quickly clean up the
system while retaining the user content.
