GMT Time Incorrect

Bug description:
In the "Preferences" page on the Elementary OS Web Page, in the drop-
down menu to choose the Time Zone we get this:
{Day Of The Week}, {Month} {Day}, {Year} - {Time} - {TimeZone}
I live in Portugal, on GMT 0, Greenwhich time, together with London.
However, the time that says "+0000" (GTM 0) is one hour before my
actual time. This means, I am on time GTM +1, but I'm not, I'm in GMT
0.
