Thanks to the help at #elementary-web I figured out that during Summer Timer, the British time is GMT+1, hence this bug report is invalid. Sorry for any trouble I might have caused, though.

However, the time that says "+0000" (GTM 0) is one hour before my actual time. This means, I am on time GTM +1, but I'm not, I'm in GMT 0.
