I think there should be a differentiation between unsolved and solved
questions. Solved questions should appear more FAQ-like. It should be
very clean and very obvious what the correct answer is.
I've attached a design in which both the voting mechanism and any
answers other than the top answer is hidden by default. You reveal the
other answers and the voting mechanism by clicking the "Read other
answers" button.
