Redirect from labs index to ongoing experiment

Bug description:
When I visit http://labs.elementaryos.org/, it says there are no
ongoing experiments. This is false because experiment 2 is running at
the moment. I think http://labs.elementaryos.org/ should automatically
redirect to the current experiment.
