Attached is a README that describes building the documentation for
elephant-unstable. It describes the current set of changes that need
to be made to the texinfo files, the changes requires for MacOSX (the
strange issue with not finding the .png files), and the make commands
to generate the documentation. This file should probably go in the
doc directory.
