When all my patches have entered the repository it might
be time to release 0.9.2 or at least a 0.9.2pre1.
The state by then will be:
* working db4.7, built-in deadlock handling
* working schema evolution
* associations mostly working
* cached slots unfinished (reserved for post-0.9.2)
* documentation could still need a bit of love,
but is usable
