I just rebuilt elfutils again from a newly decompressed release tarball with
glibc-debug installed and all tests passed. Great! Don't know why last build
and check failed. Maybe I didn't clean up my local environment after installing
glibc-debug. Now we can draw the conclusion this issue can be fixed by
installing glibc-debug package. And I'll send a patch to ArchLinux to skip
those tests temporarily. Thanks again for your reply. Looking forward to the
ultimate solution to this issue.
