libdw: Add RPATH to MAIN_CHECK programs
We want to test the program against the just build libelf.so not the
system installed one. So add an RPATH to ../libelf.
* libdw/Makefile.am (CHECK_DEF_FLAGS): Add -Wl,-rpath,../libelf.
