The current handler for "/", handle_root, just outputs debuginfod
PACKAGE_VERSION.
This is kind of plain and boring.
It would be nice if there was an --homepage=file.html or
--homepage=https://redirect.url/ option that showed a custom home page or
redirected the user to a page with more explanation.
