I recently started hacking on Elinks, in particular on the dump functionality.
I noticed that the external css of the document is never read (tested
with local file and the stat command),
resulting in no css applied. This can be a limit also for dumps,
considering that CSS properties can also format the alignment of a
text.
I tested this on the development branch of Elinks. Is it the correct behavior?
