Sorry I should have been more explicit. When this version was initially
released I downloaded elinks-0.10.5.tar.bz2 which unpacked to a
directory elinks-0.10-20050507/ and I just noticed the version string
also included ".CVS" today.

It looks like the currently available 0.10.5 release tarball is fine. I
guess I might have downloaded one of the 'intermediate' tarballs when
they were initially being updated, or else I'm losing it. ;-)
