Thank you for the fast reply.

I seem to be running version 1.2 of Pigment if I read this correctly:
--- Pigment OpenGL status ------------------------
 Version: 1.2 (1.5 Mesa 6.5.1)
 Renderer: Mesa GLX Indirect
 Vendor: Mesa project: www.mesa3d.org
GLSL shaders: .............. No (not used)
Per YUV component rendering: Yes (not used)
Texture rectangle: ......... Yes (not implemented)
Fragment program: .......... No (not implemented)
Pixel buffer object: ....... No (not implemented)
 --------------------------------------------------

and Elisa version reports as Twisted 2.4.0:
elisa --version
Twisted version: 2.4.0

I obtained this using Yum and the freshrpms repo:
yum info elisa
Installed Packages
Name : elisa
Arch : noarch
Version: 0.1.4.2
Release: 1.fc6
Size : 18 M
Repo : installed
Summary: Media Center

The error message I get is:
.... cut
25/04/2007 07:32:21.664 DEBUG Building root menu
25/04/2007 07:32:21.767 INFO Downloading update info
X Error of failed request: BadFont (invalid Font parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 142 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 12 (X_GLXUseXFont)
Resource id in failed request: 0x3200001
Serial number of failed request: 41
Current serial number in output stream: 46
.... cut

This looks like an error in X but there is nothing in the X logs.
If I remove the default skin from the config I can launch and keep running but
will not display anything.

I know nothing about Python so I am unable to track this myself.

Thank you for your insite.

Paul
