Hey,
2007/6/28, Philippe Normand <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
Christophe thought about the design forum structure:
- Brainstorming (open section where people can dump ideas and concepts)
- Design
- Logo
- icons
- background
- main menu
- standard menu
- players and playlists
- configuration
- usplash theme
- Ergonomy
- general concept
- tree by sections
- main menu
- standard menu
- players/playlist
- configuration
- boot process (from usplash to elisa)
- Animation
- main menu
- standard menu
- transition between players and standard menu
- photos slideshow
- boot process (from usplash to elisa ; to be considered only if
the animation kind is different than the *buntu style one)
Each section would have a sticky post explaining the goal and structure
of messages to post. The idea is to avoid the forum to become a mess :)
Designers can post mockups, screencasts depending on the
section/proposal they want to do.
Also designers, when submitting a proposal, should keep in mind the
global view and the ergonomy and graphical design patterns involved in
the proposal. We must be coherent! :)
We'll soon propose a planning sequence for the various design proposals
that will be submitted to the community for poll.
What do you think about that possible forum structure? Further ideas?
perfect.
for the moment, I don't see anything but the few above comments.
Jeremy: can you check with the MSF for a schedule on the setup of this?
would be nice to have this for post GUADEC, since this last will mark
the real start of the ASF (and Christophe' lead).
