This is pretty cool. It's hard to choose a color, the design is so clean
it makes me want to have all colors (like iPods :] ).
The splash is pretty nice, it's not too agressive (as a paint ball
splash would be). Although the design is clean but it makes me more
think of "paint" than "pigment". Paint is the next step. Pigment is more
lower level at pouder stage, not liquid. Of course, pouder wouldn't give
that nice glossy effect which probably makes all the sexyness of the
graphic.
I feel the text is left alone. Maybe you could keep the same graphics,
but have the text bigger and the splash in the background, smaller,
around the end of the word (eg. on "ent").
There are many composition possibilities anyway. Here's another one:
imagine the pigment word is standing in the middle. Then you throw the
paint on it. Remove the pigment word and you have a splash with
"pigment" writen inside.
This is just food for thought. I like it. Congrats!
