Sorry, I think I first replied to Benjamin only. So here's to the
list :-)

Sorry, you did not understand me completely. I was talking about the
following scenario:

1) I start elisa on my notebook when it's attached to my local network.
Elisa then finds the UPnP-Server and (almost) everything works fine.
2) I then shut my notebook down and take it to university. If I start
elisa there in order to listen to the music stored locally on my
notebook, the UPnP-Server is not shown in the menu (of course).
3) If I restart my notebook and elisa when being at home again and
having my notebook attached to the local network again, elisa doesn't
detect the UPnP-Server anymore. I first have to delete the db-files in
~/.elisa/plugins/ to make the UPnP-Server re-appear.

I hope it's more clear now. Sorry for confusing you :-)

thanks! I will attach the problem description I wrote above.

I will create a file containing the "chaos" when being at home again
(currently I'm at university) and send it to the mailing-list (if it's
not too big).

1.1).

OK, so it's an issue concerning the server and not the client.

side...

OK. I'm gonna search the web if there is anything about this issue
already.
